My mother-in-law sat down with the designer several months ago and is just now getting her kitchen. It has been a horrible experience for her. The contractor has been rude, her design was changed without her consent and the company did not do anything about it when she questioned it. Instead they blamed her for it. This is by far some of the worst customer service for an industry that should have extremely high standards due to the fact they are receiving a lot of money from customers and coming into the customers home to "give them what they are wanting" not what they think they should have.
