I don't write reviews on companies, especially if I haven't had work from them done, so this review is just on a COMPLETE lack of response and show up for an estimate.
I had called a few weeks ago to get an estimate and they said they would be out on Friday. That day came and went, so the following Monday I called and said that I think they forgot to come out Friday, and to please call me back to reschedule.., never got a call, so I called about every other day during the week, leaving kind voicemails each time to remind them... and never heard back!! I've worked with many companies and if they forget to come out for an estimate, simply calling them back, they get back to you at some point... this company I never heard ANYTHING and they were a no show! Absolutely no communication, whether the company is out of business or what! Very dissapointed, as I was referred to them from someone! People forget this or that, but to never hear anything after various attempts is ridiculous!
